You are required to have an up-to-date University student card that you should carry with you at all times and you must apply for your University card in advance of starting. Your University student card should be kept on you at all times. It allows you to:Provide a form of identification on campusAccess controlled areas such as the librariesBorrow booksBuy items in the cafés/shops with cashless catering Step 1 - Apply for your student card before you arrive on campus To allow sufficient time for your student card to be printed, please do the following before you arrive at the University. Visit the Card Application channel in MyEd and complete/submit the form.Having completed the form, follow the instructions you will receive via email to submit your photographIf you experience any issues, please visit our Card Application webpage on EdHelp.Get support from EdHelp Step 2 - Collect your card on Campus Your student card can be collected from the EdHelp desk located at the Main Library from Welcome Week onwards.Where is the Main Library located?If you are an online learner, your card will be sent to the address on your Student Record (information you provided during Matriculation).
