Supporting staff to become Certified Members of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT)

The University of Edinburgh programme is a series of workshops to support staff who have learning technology or digital education as the main element of their role at The University of Edinburgh to gain an internationally recognised professional accreditation.  

The  programme will support staff to prepare an application to gain recognition for their role. Upon a successful application they will be awarded either Associate, or Senior CMALT, aligned to their roles and responsibilities.

How to sign up

To apply for a place on the 2024/25 programme, you will need to complete the the Registration of Interest Form by 5pm on Friday 6th September 2024.

The programme comprises of nine interactive workshops and writing retreats designed to support you in preparing your portfolio. 

A small amount of pre-workshop preparation is required, and participants are supported by a dedicated SharePoint site and MS Teams channel.
